Fees

Fees are charged on an hourly rate and are variable based on the services provided. There is a sliding scale available upon request. Payment may be made by e-transfer or credit card. Detailed receipts will be provided. Please review whether registered social work services are covered by your extended health benefits plan, as all fees are due at time of session.

Rescheduling Appointments 

24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments is required, as these times have been reserved for you.  In the event of no show or less than 24 hours notice, the full fee will be charged for the session.  

Confidentiality

Counselling services are confidential within the limits of the law.  In the event that personal information is to be discussed or released, you must provide written consent.  There are limits to confidentiality such as child protection concerns or in the event you are at risk of harming yourself or others. 

Email Use

Email can be used for arranging appointments, sharing resources and information, and sending forms.  Email cannot be used for crisis intervention.  Email cannot be considered 100% confidential.
