Amrit is a trauma specialist with extensive knowledge of critical incident stress debriefings. She is experienced with terminations, downsizings, workplace accidents, sudden loss, grief, organizational change, and violent situations. She also has extensive experience in health care settings and with first responders. Amrit utilizes crisis intervention and psychological first-aid to assist with the emotional and psychological reactions when individuals or teams experience a critical incident.
